45 Days Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with an item, you can request a return through our Customer Service Department by calling us at 01933 415800 For all HumanWare products, you have up to 45 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.

Items ineligible for a return include:

  • All Software (boxes) and Downloads

How to Return

To return your item(s) to HumanWare, you must call our Customer Service Department and speak to one of our representatives, to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and return shipping instructions. If the item (s) was/were purchased through one of our distributors, please contact them to initiate the return.

We will arrange for collection of the products which need to be returned using their original packaging. Please ensure the merchandise is packaged efficiently to avoid damage in transportation as this is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Once we receive the item(s), we will issue a refund for your product, excluding shipping fees both ways. Item (s) can be returned with the courier of your choice. Note that the way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. *
