Trekker GPS Receivers update
The following GPS receivers have been added to the Trekker/Maestro Bluetooth Manager.
Royaltek RBT-2100 Rev 2
- iBlue 737 A+
- iBlue MobileMate 886
- Holux M-1000C
To upgrade your devices, please use the following installation procedure:
- Exit Maestro or Trekker.
- Remove any storage card.
- Put the PDA on the cradle and create an ActiveSync connection.
- Copy the BT-Installer-0110.zip on your PC, unzip and run the .exe file
- It takes a few seconds to get the message "GPS Installation Successful" if everything goes fine or "Communication problem with PDA" if the PDA is not connected to the PC.
- Soft Reset your PDA.
- Press P4 to start Maestro
- Go to the Bluetooth configuration to pair the new GPS receiver.
- It is now ready to use !
The GPS update is supported in all Trekker languages.

Note: Trekker is shipping now with a new version of the Royaltek RBT-2100 receiver. The only difference of the reviewed RBT-2100 is the Bluetooth connectivity. The form factor, interface and GPS chipset are the same than the previous model. In order to pair and communicate with the new receiver, we have updated the Trekker/Maestro Bluetooth Manager. The name of the new RBT-2100 in the BT Manager list is Royaltek RBT-2100 Rev 2. New units are shipping with the BT Manager already updated.
